Vancouver Island Investment Opportunities
 I have access to properties, businesses, investment and land development opportunities throughout North America and to investors and developers throughout the world. Generally, I find myself acting as the "Buyer's Agent" and receive protection from the Seller by way of specific agreements tailored to the individual circumstances. | News Update | April, 2008 | I recently had the opportunity to again tour the huge proposed comprehensive development site in Union Bay with the Vice President of Kensington Properties.
The development permit approval is still going through some hoops considerable site work has already been accomplished. In my opinion, this project is the most exciting on the Island with planned 36 holes of golf, magnificent waterviews, marina, hotels, single and multi-family residences, commercial centre and much more. Servicing will be provided and upgraded by Kensington.
The project comprises in excess of 800 acres with immense waterfront and wonderful views from almost the entire 800 acres. Will keep you posted as there will be purchase and joint venture opportunities for specific segments.
Every day, new developments are announced throughout the island and with the Olympics pending and the tremendously positive press exposure the Island is receiving, I see no prospect of change in the forseeable future. |
